Welcome to DailyAnima. These Terms describe the rules for using our service. By accessing DailyAnima, you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your country) to use DailyAnima. By signing in, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. The service
DailyAnima is a personal reflection notebook that generates daily devotional content using artificial intelligence. The reflections are tools for personal contemplation and are not professional psychological, religious, or medical advice.
3. Your account
You can sign in via magic link sent to your email or via Google. In both cases, we receive your email address; with Google sign-in, we also receive your name and profile picture. Keep your email and Google accounts secure — anyone with access to them can sign in to DailyAnima as you.
4. Your content and sensitive data
Anything you write in your notebook (reflections, identity, mood entries, spiritual tradition) belongs to you. Some of this may be considered sensitive personal data under Brazil's LGPD (belief and private life). By accepting this policy and the service preface, you authorize us to process that data solely to generate and store your reflections. We do not use your content to train AI models.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use DailyAnima to harm yourself or others, attempt to break our infrastructure, or generate content that is illegal in your jurisdiction. We may suspend access if these terms are violated.
6. AI-generated content
Reflections are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or interpretations that do not match your tradition. Always read with discernment.
7. No warranty, limited liability
DailyAnima is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any specific reflection will be relevant to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. The date of the last update will always appear at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may ask you to confirm acceptance the next time you sign in.
